Refund Policy 

At Pharma Girl Consulting, LLC, we are committed to delivering high-quality, professional consulting services. Please read our refund policy carefully before booking:

All Sales Are Final

  • All consultation bookings and service fees are non-refundable, including in the event of cancellations or no-shows.

  • We do not offer partial or full refunds for unused time, missed appointments, or early termination of services.

 

Rescheduling in Lieu of Refunds

  • If you are unable to attend your scheduled session and provide at least 24 hours' notice, we will make every reasonable effort to reschedule your session without penalty.

  • Bookings made with less than two weeks’ notice may require rescheduling at the consultant’s discretion, based on availability.

Exceptions

​

  • Refunds may only be issued at the sole discretion of Pharma Girl Consulting, LLC in cases of technical error or administrative oversight (e.g., duplicate charges).

 

By purchasing any service through our website, you agree to be bound by this refund policy in full.
