One of the most fulfilling aspects of my career is mentoring and empowering others to reach their full potential. When I’m not focused on advancing biotech initiatives, you’ll likely find me cheering on my Clemson Tigers (Go Tigers!). Football season is a huge part of my life, and I carry that same passion for teamwork and competition into everything I do. I also love connecting with people over my favorite drink—an extra dirty Grey Goose martini (filthy, please!). Whether I’m networking at industry events or simply catching up with colleagues, I’m always ready for a conversation that blends a bit of fun with serious business. Life’s too short not to enjoy the journey, and building strong, authentic connections is what makes this all worth it.​
